Creating a unified digital platform for Dalkurd Football Club required bringing together multiple systems—fan engagement, ticketing, match updates, e-commerce, and club communications—into one easy-to-use website and mobile app. The main challenge was to ensure that fans of all backgrounds could access content, buy tickets, and connect with the club in real time, without feeling overwhelmed by complexity.

To deliver a smooth and user-centered platform, we followed a structured design approach focused on functionality, accessibility, and engagement. Conducted audience research to understand fan expectations and platform usage behaviors. Mapped out the structure for content, match data, tickets, and e-commerce in a logical, easy-to-navigate format. Created wireframes and polished UI screens for mobile and web, maintaining consistency across devices. Connected ticket management, e-commerce, and content systems into one cohesive platform. Validated user flows with different user groups—fans, admins, and ticket managers—for optimal experience. Organized layered design files, UI kits, and design specs for efficient handoff to developers.
